When you request a table, Land of Fire Restaurant collects your name, email address, phone number, party size, requested date and time, and any notes you choose to provide.

How we use your information

We use these details to manage your booking request, contact you about availability, and prepare for your visit. Submitting a request does not sign you up for marketing. Please only include information in the notes that you want our restaurant team to know.

Storage and access

Your request is stored in our booking database and is accessible to the people responsible for managing reservations. Your details are not displayed publicly. We keep booking information only for as long as needed to handle your visit and any related enquiries or legal obligations.

We use the restaurant’s email service to acknowledge booking requests and send reservation updates. Authorised staff can review booking replies in the private reservations workspace.

Cookies and local storage

This website currently uses no analytics or advertising cookies. We store your cookie preference in your browser’s local storage under lof-cookie-choice-v1, together with the date you saved it. This remembers your choice between visits and is not used to track you. Both choices currently enable only essential storage. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences or remove it by clearing your browser’s site data. Booking requests work with either choice.

The private staff workspace also uses essential sign-in cookies. Staff sessions are stored in the database and expire after eight hours. Temporary email sign-in codes expire after ten minutes. These cookies protect reservations and are not used to track guests.
